YOGA for Parents…Close to a perfect fitness discipline, Hatha Yoga provides the means for people of any age not only stay in shape, but also develop balance, coordination, and sense of centeredness.  This class invigorating and heals the body and can quiet the mind and refresh the body, bringing health, relaxation and help moms and dads become better parents!
